(1) In cases where the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, if it appears that an appeal must be made based on the evidence attached to the missile from the judgment of any court or judicial body, the government lawyer assigned to prosecute or plead the case or to file an appeal on such judgment shall prepare an appeal draft and file the appeal. The lawyer should be able to send the appeal to the office within ten days of the commencement of the appeal period.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), after receiving the appeal draft from the government attorney, the government attorney of the relevant office shall scrutinize the received draft and file an appeal in the court on behalf of the Government of Nepal.
